What We’ll Do Once We’ve Received Your Application
Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive an acknowledgment by email. After we’ve looked through the application one of two things will happen. If there are no openings for you at the time we’ll email you to let you know. If we think there is a role here for you we’ll give you a call to find out a bit more about you: your profile, interests and motivations. This is the first step of our selection process.
Interview and Online Tests
At that stage, generally, candidates are invited to an interview. For certain positions and depending on specific job requirements, you may also be asked to complete tests which could be online, at our offices or at a third-party supplier’s premises. You may also be asked to undergo a more in-depth psychometric assessment. These tests and assessments allow recruiters to get more information about your preferences at work and make the selection process as objective and unbiased as possible.That way we can put you in the best role possible.
Decision
If you wish to contact us during this time, the best person to speak to is always the recruiter handling your application. Once a decision has been made, you’ll receive a phone call or email to let you know what we’ve decided. If you haven’t been successful this time, we encourage you to keep your profile up-to-date in our system so we can let you know about any other similar opportunities.
